-Seasonal and per time rates are available. A standard two car wide, two car deep driveway starts at $500/season. Larger driveways/lots start at $0.25/square foot.
-Snowblowing starts at $400/season.
-Sidewalk shoveling starts at $150/season.
-Salt/Sand applications are priced based on the market value of the materials.
-Site prep work, spreading topsoil, stone or gravel, loading debris, general cleanup,, etc. start at $95/hour. Brushhogging rates, hourly or daily, vary based on terrain and vegetation.
-Cost of use of additional attachments is estimated per job requirements.
Construction Debris or Green Waste
-Standard rate of $125 for 4 days, we drop off empty and pick up full(plus dump fees).
-Concrete, stone, brick and other heavier materials causes the dump price to go up
-Green waste does not have an additional dump fee.
-Starting at $65/hour for a basic interior/exterior residential demo.
-This will vary with specific needs such as permits, specialized equipment and/or disposal fees
Contractors and Return Customers may have an incentivized rate per request. Pricing is subject to vary based on specific Customer needs and market value of materials.

Because our offerings are service based and require time, labor, and resource allocation, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We genuinely want you to have a great experience with us and we’re here to make things right whenever we can.
Refund Eligibility
-You may request refund before the first service has been provided.
-Once the first service session has been provided in whole or in part, no refunds will be issued. At that point, we’ve already invested our time and resources specifically for you, and we hope you understand.
Cancellations
-Appointments or service sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with a reasonable notice of a minimum of 48 hours.
-If a cancellation is made before the first service is performed, and within the appropriate notice window, any prepaid fees may be refunded or credited.
-If the second half of seasonal payments are not made by July1st(Property Maintenance) or January 1st(Snow Removal), services will end after the 7 day grace period.
Service Issues
-If you have concerns about the quality of the services provided, please contact us within three days so we can work with you to address the issue through revisions, adjustments, or an alternative resolution. While refunds are not available after the first service, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience. We’ll do our best to fix the issue, adjust our services, or find a solution that leaves you feeling taken care of.
